Our automated assistant's line. Eryn calls and texts from this one about briefing times, links and reminders.
Any other number is not us. Hang up and call the office line back. We only call between 8am and 8pm.

Eryn, our automated assistant
Eryn calls and texts applicants from (918) 362-1777 to set briefing times, and it is honest about what it is.
- It names the agency at the start of every call and tells you it is automated whenever you ask.
- Ask for a person and you get one.
- Say stop and the calls stop. It will not argue.
Eryn only calls people who ticked the contact consent box, tells you it is an automated assistant whenever you ask, and never asks for payment, a Social Security number, a date of birth or bank details.
The consent wording on the form is still a draft for counsel (ledger LN-0048), and texting stays switched off until the agency's A2P registration is approved (LN-0051). Until then, no text is sent to anybody.
How to stop calls and texts
- On a call: say stop. You do not have to explain.
- On a text: reply STOP. Reply HELP for contact details.
- Any time: call (918) 938-7777 and say so.

What we will never ask you for
We will never ask you for a payment, a fee to apply, your Social Security number, your date of birth or your bank details, by phone or by text.
We never ask for your Social Security number or your date of birth on this website. If a form claiming to be ours asks for it, it is not ours.
We will also never ask you to buy anything to be considered, or to move to a messaging app.
If you never applied
We never tell anyone they have been selected for a role they did not apply for. If you got a message like that, it was not us. Tell us on (918) 938-7777.
