What are the roles?
Two sales careers, one in the field and one from home, plus full-time office roles in Tulsa. The two sales roles are sales. The office roles are not, and nobody in one is asked to sell.
Do I need experience?
No, we train you. Training starts on day one and a leader works alongside you while you learn.

Do I need a license?
Not to apply. The sales roles need an Oklahoma life and health license, and the office roles need none. Professional license assistance: we help unlicensed people get licensed.
How does pay work?
Sales roles have performance-based pay with leadership opportunities, and the director walks through the details in the interview. Office roles are full-time W-2 positions.

How fast will I hear back?
We reach out within one business day of your application, from (918) 938-7777 or (918) 362-1777, and briefings are usually set within two business days of that call.
Both windows are operating commitments the director has to agree to before they are printed. A published window we miss is worse than no window.
Will an automated assistant call me?

Who is the insurance carrier?
The agency contracts with Liberty National Life Insurance Company, a Globe Life company.
